Actress Toyin Abraham has insisted that she wasn’t paid for campaigning for All Progressive Party (APC) candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
She made the confession after a lot of trolls aimed curses on her for her support.
Recall that the actress since her public support for Tinubu has faced great criticism from angry Nigerians who despised the candidate for reasons best known to them.
Her husband, Kolawole, has cried out days ago to disassociate himself and his children from the curses aimed at his family over Toyin’s support. He said he has no candidate.
Toyin on her Instagram page posted a picture of her seated on a chair. She said the curses will not be for her since she wasn’t paid a dime to campaign for Tinubu.
She claimed it is all from her own conscience. In Yoruba language, she said it was her choice. She prayed for herself, “… I, OluwaToyin, I will not die and my star shall not fall into water.”
