Yoruba actors, Iyabo Ojo and Sean Jimoh, have taken to their social media respectively to slam their colleagues taking sides and causing unnecessary war between gospel artistes, Tope Alabi and Alaseyori.

Recall that a video had surfaced the internet days ago, showing gospel artiste, Tope Alabi, berating the song “ONIDURO” publicly in an event.

According to her, the God that she serves can not be referred to as a guarantor.

This created an uproar in the industry and among fans of the popular gospel artist, causing mixed reactions.

Some yoruba celebrities, however, took to their social media to post the bashed songs over and over again, throwing shades at Tope Alabi.

Controversial actress, Iyabo Ojo, made a video on her Instagram, to react to the trending topic. She said her colleagues are hypocrites and they only attend to matters that doesn’t have a thing to do with them, whereas the ones related to them are completely ignored.

Iyabo made reference to the Baba Ijesha topic where she slammed her colleagues for keeping quiet then because it was their colleague but now, they are all posting videos to shade Tope, who is also a friend of the industry.

Sean Jimoh, in a video, called his colleagues out. He said what his colleagues are doing is wrong.

According to him, he admitted Tope was wrong with the statement but his colleagues should stop the act of taking sides when issues like this arise.

Actress Nkechi, who was in the comment section of the video posted by Iyabo, also supported the actress.

Meanwhile, Iyabo’s newly ressurected bestie, Mercy Aigbe, was among those who publicly bashed Tope Alabi when the video was circulating social media.

Other celebrities who have reacted to the video are Sotayo Gaga, Sola Allyson, and other gospel artists.
