Singer Lagbaja’s backup singer, Nwakaego Iheanacho, popularly known as Ego, has lost her husband, Niyi Ogbaro.
A friend, Chris Kehinde on his Instagram page made the announcement on Wednesday. He stated that Niyi passed away on Wednesday in the United States of America.
He shared a photo of the couple with a tribute to the deceased.
Chris said, “Ohh No Victor Niyi Ogbaro this can’t be true. Victor, and husband of Ego di€d today from what I just learnt. May his soul Rest In Peace.”
The couple tied the knot in 2009 although stories of separation have been ongoing for a while especially after the singer removed the husband’s name from her name.
