Nollywood actress, Kemi Afolabi, has expressed her opinion on marriage, stating that marriage is not a ticket to heaven.
In a recent interview, the actress revealed that marriage is a co-existing business with offsprings as the reward.
Afolabi also stated that marriage is no big deal and shouldn’t be too emphasised on.
According to her, a marriage is pleasant when you say ‘I do’ to your friend.
She said, “Being married is just a way of co-existing with your partner to live and have offspring, so it has nothing to do with… Especially when you are married to your friend.
“Being married or not has nothing to do with being an actor. If you’re married, all well and good, if you are not, live your life.
“They didn’t say marriage is a ticket to heaven, if it works out for you, fine! If it doesn’t, live life and enjoy it. No big deal in marriage.”
