The Lagos Chairman of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), MC Oluomo, has allegedly tied the knot with a different woman rather than his known girlfriend, Ehi Ogbebor.
A video leak, which revealed the marriage ceremony of MC Oluomo with a woman, showed the duo dressed in a white and gold attire.
However, many Nigerians have reacted to the news because just a few months ago, the NURTW chairman and his lover, Ehi, had gone public to make their relationship known.
They were spotted at a few places together, always brimming in affectionate manners towards themselves.
They were first spotted at the fifth coronation anniversary of the Oluwo of Iwo land in January 2021.
Ehi was seen in pictures and videos with him as well. A rumour passed weeks ago had infuriated the billionaire business mogul, forcing her to make a video to debunk the rumour.
Ehi Ogbebor recently opened a new house and according to her, some had speculated that Oluomo had a hand in the success of such a big mansion.
She made a video to fend off the speculations saying, “I’m beating my chest several times. No man has spent one dime on my house. If you did and you are a man, speak up because if you don’t, God will punish you.
“As a matter of fact, I’m betting $100,000. Come out if you claim to have bankrolled me. Or you spent one Naira in my business or building my house. I built my house myself, I do it for myself and my kids.”
Nigerians have reacted to the sudden news of marriage.
One comment said, “Wait ooh, Mc Oluomo named another lady. I thought he was dating Ehi?”
Another stated that MC Oluomo can marry as many as possible because of his religion, while another comment claimed Oluomo recently wished Ehi’s daughter birthday wishes a week ago.
“…just last week, he still posted her daughter and wished her happy birthday. Men sha!”
