Police authorities in Lagos State have taken Afrobeats star Naira Marley into custody.
The Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, on his X account made the announcement on Tuesday, October 3.
He confirmed that Naira Marley had arrived in the country and had been taken into custody for further questioning.
The tweet read, “Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley has been taken into custody for interrogation and other investigation activities…#justice4Mohbad #justiceforMohbad.”
A viral video on social media had revealed the moment Naira Marley landed at the airport and was ushered into a car.
