A magistrate court in the Yaba area, Lagos State, has remanded Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley and socialite Balogun Eletu, aka Sam Larry.
They are ordered to be remanded in police custody for 21 days.
Recall that the singer was reported to have been taken to custody on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
The Lagos State Police Command had demanded a 30-day remand for Fashola and the others to complete their ongoing investigation.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that a 21-day remand would suffice for the investigation.
