Nollywood actor, Sam Nnabuike, also known as Sam Sunny, has condemned his colleagues who had taken to social media to beg their fans for donations after singer Davido started it.
Recall that the afrobeat singer had challenged his friends and business associates to make a donation of a million naira, which was easily responded to.
Few celebrities have in turn asked their fans for money, pasting their account details on their social media pages.
Celebrities like Yul Edochie, Psquare, Mercy Eke and Destiny Etiko have pasted their account details.
Sam Sunny therefore rebuked the act, saying it is shameful.
He said he is embarrassed by his colleagues’ actions.
Sam took to his Instagram to slam his colleagues. He wrote, “The internet is a mess right now. To say I am more ashamed of my colleagues, in particular, is an understatement.
“If you are going to test your followers’ love for you, must you do it just around the time Davido did it! Why didn’t you all move with the trend before Davido started it? Damn!!!
“Una shame dey smell pass slaughterhouse sef. Now watch them defend themselves afterwards and say it’s just cruise. Cruise gbakwa Oku. Sigh.”
He went further to talk about how Davido asked his business associates and friends and not fans.
