Singer Bella Shmurda has pleaded with the state government to release the body of Mohbad for a proper funeral so he can rest in peace.
He said the body had been taken for weeks and there are no results yet.
The singer, who is also a very good friend of the late singer, inquired from the state police what the delay was all about.
He took to his X page, he tweeted, “It’s been over 2 months moh died nd his body was taken in for autopsy but yet no result which is fine but pls release his body that boy need a befitting burial nd to go to rest finally Naija police what’s going on,we need an answer here where is the result? Where is his body?”(sic)
Mohbad died in a suspicious circumstances on September 12, 2023 leading to a series of dirty laundry from the family down to his associates and former music label.
