Nollywood special effects guru and founder of Hakeem Effect Concept, Hakeem Onilogbo, has cried out in anguish after his studio got burnt on June 13, 2022.
He took to his Instagram page to show off the remains of his studio. He posted several photos on his page to show his pain over the loss.
In his caption, he stated that he has lost all his investment and labour in the fire. However, he revealed that no one was hurt in the process.
According to him, he was given the sad news via a call. In all, the guru gave thanks to God.
He wrote, “Thank God …no life lost…..I was just called that .my studio just got burnt down…all my investment in special effects…gone!….
“I will forever be praising you Almighty……June 13th a day to be remembered,” he wrote.
He is known for his breathtaking makeup illusions created for films by the use of costumes, props, makeup and computer graphics, especially in the Nollywood Yoruba.
