Reality TV star and actress, Erica Nlewedim, has advised Nigerians to stop bullying celebrities over the general election.
She stated in a post on her Instagram page that the election is a democracy election and everyone has a right to support anyone without being bullied.
Erica stated that, “At the end of the day it’s a democracy, no one should be bullied or forced to support anyone.”
This is coming after a few celebrities have been publicly dragged by angry netizens over their choices of candidates for the general election slated for February 25, 2023.
Actresses like Eniola Badmus, Toyin Abraham, Foluke Daramola and others have been trolled online in their comment sections or on other platforms like Youtube over their support for the All Progressive Party candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Eniola who is unbothered has refused to react however Toyin Abraham cried out after she was cursed on Youtube and a few places.
Another actress, Iyabo Ojo, has also being bullied for her support for Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi.
