Veteran comic actor, Kunle Adetokunbo, professionally known as Dejo Tunfulu, is dead, aged 52.
The news was disclosed by his colleague, Kunle Afod, on his Instagram page on Friday morning, April 1, 2022. His cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
Paying his tribute, he said, “You still posted this picture recently only for me to hear about your death today. This is so sad, Pressy Tunfulu. Daddy Junior, still can’t believe this.”
Another colleague, Biodun Okeowo known as Omoborty wrote, “My heart is shattered … nothing is making sense at this time. Oh Nooooooooo! I am holding on all posts for today. Mood shattered. RiP Dejo. Brands please bear with me.”
He is best known as Dejo Tunfulu, with hit movies in the 90s and early 2000s. His movies include ‘Hally The Drummer’, ‘Jide Jendo’ and many others. He was from the Ikija area of Abeokuta, Ogun state.
