The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Ademola Adeleke as the Governor of Osun State.
The Apex Court dismissed the case of Gboyega Oyetola on over voting.
It also held that the allegation of forgery of the certificate was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Supreme Court said the entire proceedings before the trial tribunal is a nullity for breach of fair hearing of Adeleke and the People’s Democratic Party.
The Apex Court also adopted the BVAS as the primary source, dismissing exhibit BVR by Oyetola.
