Saxophonist and musician, Seun Kuti, has stated that politicians should be blamed for the rise of insecurity in the country because they provide these bandits with weapons.
Seun made this known in a trending video he posted online.
He advised the politicians to call back all they gave guns if they want the country to regain peace.
”Politicians are the ones giving bandits guns in Nigeria.
“Let’s not act like we don’t know. If we want to end this banditry, all politicians should write down a list of people they’ve given guns to so we can go and collect it back. These are political thugs.”
Seun was recently reported to have gone through a scuffle at his sister, Yeni’s 60th birthday party although the sister had since debunked the rumour that Seun disrespected the Lagos state governor, Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu.
