Former Aviation minister, Femi Fani-Kayode’s lawyers have responded to their client’s estranged wife, Precious Chikwendu’s claims that the court granted her three access to visit during the festive period.
According to the lawyers, she is misinterpreting the court orders.
The lawyers claimed that Precious is at liberty to visit her children any time that she wants according to the verdict.
Responding to the claim made by mother of four, FFK’s lawyer said they only requested Precious’ lawyer to give them more time to confer with their client on her proposition on December 14.
They maintained that she is at liberty to see her children and it has always been so.
FFK’s lawyers also said that the court only directed that the both parties reach an agreement on a schedule.
