American actor and singer, Jamie Foxx has landed a sexual assault allegations. The lawsuits were filed against him on Wednesday in New York.
The legal action was submitted just before the expiration of the statute of limitations.
The legal filing is made under the New York Adult Survivors Act, a law designed to allow sexual assault cases that occurred too long ago to be litigated.
A lady identified as Jane Doe has accused the singer of “intentionally and without consent” had used force to offensively touch her, by groping her breasts and genitals at a Manhattan rooftop bar in 2015.
The accuser claimed the incident left her permanently affected because of the emotional trauma it caused her.
