Afrobeat singer, Oluwajuwonlo Iledare, also known as Jaywon, has called out his colleague, D’Banj over intellectual property rights on a song.
The artiste took to his Instagram story to post how he felt with his colleague’s song release. Although Jaywon didn’t mention which song, it is assumed to be D’Banj’s latest single.
The singer said D’Banj had agreed not to release the song but went ahead to do it. He said the management and D’Banj could have done better than their actions.
He wrote, “After calling to ask my artist to drop his song and we refused your offer then you went ahead to release the song.
“Abah @iambangalee and management. You can do better.”
