Late Olanrewaju Fasasi popularly known as Sound Sultan’s, has had his Twitter page resurrected since his death was announced in July, 2021.
An individual who claimed to be a close associate disclosed he would be using the deceased account to share cash prizes.
The undisclosed person sent greetings to Sound Sultan’s fans hours ago. He/she added that the account will be handled by him/her for the next few days.
The tweet read, “Assallam alaykum to my muslim brothers and sisters. Last Ramadhan was @soundsultan final one.
“In his life, he used this medium to spread love and encourage his fans who are fasting in the holy month. I believe his demise shouldn’t mean an end to this worthy act.
Another tweet followed, “As a close associate of his, I will be handling his account for the next few days.
“Handing out small cash prizes to the first person to give correct answers to E dide e mu sari je Quiz like he used to do during the month of ramadhan.”
Sound Sultan died in July, 2021 after a long battle with throat cancer. He was buried shortly after.
