Ace Disc Jockey, Florence Otedola, also known as DJ Cuppy, has lamented over how her education practice at Oxford University is disrupting her musical career.

According to her, she believed she was making progress in the music industry before her admission to the prestigious school.

Cuppy, who is currently having her second Master’s degree, African studies, in the UK, made this in a video she dropped on her Instagram page on Tuesday, February 22.

She said she sometimes regrets her decision, adding that, however, she feels she’s studying her continent outside her continent and there is so much Africans are unaware of about their continent.

She said Africans from a young age have always believed whatever is being dished to them by the older generation, which might be wrong sometimes.

DJ Cuppy said, “Some days I’m at Oxford deeply regretting unnecessarily doing a third university degree because I feel like it’s affected my progress in the music industry but some days like this, I’m really proud of myself and I know that education empowers me to be greater in every aspect of my life.”
