Popular content creators, reality TV stars like Mr Macaroni, BBNaija’s Phyna, content creator Layi, have been awarded at the last concluded Trendupp Award 2023 event.
The event which is Nigeria’s first ever award ceremony to appreciate talents and achievements of content creators, skit makers has made its return since their first premiere last year.
Mr Macaroni was presented with a car and award for the category of Trendupp Africa 2023 Force of Influence.
Showing his car on his Instagram page, he wrote how grateful he is to the platform and Mikano Motors.
He wrote, “I am indeed honored and grateful to receive Trendupp Africa 2023 Force of Influence Award @thisistrendupp which comes with a brand new car from @mikanomotors.
“This is definitely one I didn’t see coming as all other nominees are great Mën and Women that I have so much respect and admiration for and any of them would have been equally deserves.
“My deepest Gratitude to God, family, friends, and all lovers of Mr Macaroni.
Thank you for all your love and support. I do not take it for granted.
“Big shout out to @thisistrendupp thank you for supporting creatives.

Phyna won the Force of Online Sensation while Sheggz won the Force of Instagram award.
Skit maker Layi Wasabi took home with him an award for an Emerging Force.
