Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has stated reasons ‘kayamata’ seller, Saidu Hauwa also known as Jaruma, was arrested by her husband, Ned Nwoko.
The actress took to her Instagram page to react to the arrest and to clarify why Jaruma was arrested.
Regina stated that Jaruma was arrested for defamation of character and malicious publications against her husband.
Recall that Jaruma was arrested weeks ago and has been remanded in Suleja prison. Her bail application will be decided today, January 28, 2022.
Regina wrote, “Please note the petition, arrest and the detention of Jaruma has absolutely nothing to do with the business deal between me and her.
“But simply arose from the various false and malicious publications against my husband.
“I’m writing this because I feel y’all deserve an explanation to the general misrepresentation going around me being paid for a job and not able to deliver.
“The fact is that I delivered on the job based on our various discussions.”
