Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has reacted to the killing of Deborah who died at the hands of her classmates in Sokoto.
Reacting to the gruesome scene, Ruth said the leaders’ hands are tied and some decisions can not be taken without some bent rules.
Ruth said the idea of ‘one Nigeria’ is laughable until some rules are adjusted to curb religious wars. In her words, she said the country should go ‘separate ways’.
She took to her Instagram to post, “One Nigeria can truly not work, except these excesses can boldly and truly be checked.
“The country’s constitution is a mess. The leaders’ hands are tied. If we cannot find laws that stand above religion. Then it’s best we both go our separate ways.”
