Actor Yomi Fabiyi has received knocks following Baba Ijesha’s prison sentence.
The actor who was solely behind the convicted during his arrest, trials and public humiliation has been called out.
Recall that Yomi had dragged everyone in support of Baba Ijesha’s arrest including the victim’s foster mother, comedian Princess and his colleague, Iyabo Ojo.
The actor also went further to produced a movie titled ‘Oko Iyabo’ which had the victim’s story in full details including the name, location and the setting of the sexual assault case.
Baba Ijesha, in the early hours of today received his sentence of 16 years after a year of arrest and jail term.
Yomi has since been called out on social media while others moved to his comment section to criticise him.
One far wrote, “Someone should check on Yomi”. Another said the actor should be investigated as well. “Yomi as supporter should be checked too,” the fan said.
Another enraged yet satisfied fan said, “One if the very few times justice has prevailed. Where’s that rape apologist called Yomi Fa whatever? How market?”
“Defender of the wicked, come and see somtin, Yours is loading,” another person wrote.
Someone said the reason Yomi is yet to comment is because he has a marital issue he is battling with.
The person said, “Yomi is battling domestic violence with his babymama and may not have time to join baba Ijesha at all.”
