Nollywood stars, Funke Akindele and Toyin Abraham have confirmed the end to their long time feud.
Recall that the two who had been in a silent battle of who’s the greatest actress in the Box office, had shocked their fans when Toyin had openly celebrated her senior colleague on her birthday and the older one had responded.
Funke had returned the favour when Toyin celebrated her birthday.
The two were spotted together in an event. Funke had premiered her latest movie, ‘SHE must be obeyed’ a few hours ago and Toyin had been in attendance.
This had cemented the speculations that the two actresses had ended their ‘beef’.
The rumour had started after Toyin had released a sequel to her movie ‘Alakada’ shortly after Funke’s ‘Omo Ghetto The Saga’ a sequel to her movie.
Netizens have noticed the same pattern after Funke and Toyin released their movies ‘The Battle on Buka Street’ and ‘Ijakumo’ respectively.
Some called Toyin out for competing with Funke, others called the other actress out for trying to equally compete with the younger generations resulting in a conflict amongst their fans online.
