Afrobeat singer and founder of Marlians record, Naira Marley, has revealed why he will not be coming to Nigeria amid Mohbad’s death.
The singer who has been linked on so many occasions to bullying and assault since Mohbad’s death has stated conditions to be met because he can come to the Nigerian Police for questioning.
He said this in an interview with Reno Omokri on his Instagram page. He said in order for him to come for questioning, he would be assured maximum security by the force.
Naira Marley who has faced heavy backlash since videos, texts and audio recordings have shown his involvement with the bullying and harassment Mohbad had faced before his death.
Many including socialites and celebrities had taken to their social media to lash out, calling the artiste out for such acts. They also implore that he made himself available for questioning.
Naira Marley insisted that he would be in Nigeria only if he is assured that he would be protected from the angry Nigerians waiting for him.
