Popular auto dealer, Ikechukwu Darry Ogbonna, also known as IVD, has absconded after the wife, Bimbo, burnt down their house over domestic violence.
The wife is reported to have been burnt beyond recognition over the incident and she is hanging on to her dear life at an intensive unit in a hospital in Lagos.
It was also reported that she was rejected from about 10 hospitals because her condition was critical.
The source went on to say the husband ran away leaving her to rot in pain while someone tried to put her in his car for rescue.
An Instagram blogger, Instablog, claimed that all properties were in close ruins as the house was engulfed in flames. According to the reports, Bimbo resulted in burning the house down when she could no longer withstand her husband’s beating.
The source stated that she needs a lot of prayers to survive the crisis.
“We are praying fervently that she doesn’t die. We were rejected by almost 10 hospitals but thank God we were able to find one that accepted to treat her. She couldn’t talk as at when I was with her at the hospital.
“Can you imagine IVD almost strangled me for attempting to help his wife?
“He threw her out of his car and zoomed off, we’ve been trying to reach him on phone and he isn’t answering his phone calls. Bimbo’s family members are here and are seriously worried over the present state of their daughter.”
