Body enhancement brand, Mav herbals, has called BBNaija star, Nina Ivy, out for breaching the contract by opting for a cosmetic surgery after she got paid.
According to the statement the brand made online, Nina recently got signed and in three weeks into her contract, she flew to Miami for a cosmetic surgery which contradicts the products of the brand she was signed for.
Nina posted a video on Instagram yesterday, June 20, to reveal she was going for a cosmetic surgery. She was seen with former BBNaija housemate, Khloe, who recently got her body done.
The brand, Mav herbals, received some harsh words where some claimed her products might be fake hence Nina’s decision to enhance her body instead of using the products.
Mav herbals took to their IG to write, “How in the world do I explain to people about this damage you have done to my brand? Barely 3 weeks you signed a deal with me, you went ahead to use the money to do plastic surgery, why didn’t you finish the deal as promised since you collected money from me, I paid you millions of naira.
“Aside the fact that I am collecting my full balance back from you, I need a public apology for the confusion you have caused today on social media today.
“I am the least person to be messed with because I know how hard I have worked for my brand. Is it a bad thing I paid you to influence for me? You are liking posts and being shady thinking you can step on anyone’s toes.
“It’s the fact that since all this you silly girl haven’t even reached out to me to apologise personally!!! You have messed with the wrong person because me, I’m coming for you.”
Nina responded to the accusations on her Instagram story. She said, “And no, I never signed a contract not to have my body done before getting signed by any brand.
“In fact I always tell that I am getting a surgery. So all these fuse is a waste of time. Trust me.”
Nina also debunked the rumour about Khloe going in for another surgery. According to her, she came to see her while she was recovering from her surgery.
