President Muhammadu Buhari has assured Nigerians of the determination of his administration to develop the country.”I can assure you that you will see a country moving to the next level”, he said, promising to run an inclusive government.The President -elect disclosed this Wednesday afternoon in a brief remarks shortly after he and his deputy, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo were presented with certificates of return following their victory in last Saturday’s election.He promised to consolidate on the critical issues they promised Nigerians during the campaign.President Buhari ,while paying tribute to those who lost their lives during the elections ,however stressed that election is not war and should not be seen as a do or die affair.He , however, expressed satisfaction that the election was free and fair, a fact he said was captured in the reports of both national and foreign observers.
