Coronavirus: Nigeria’s tally rises to 238

Nigeria’s tally of coronavirus infections, on Monday evening, increased to 238 as six new cases were announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

According to the new data released by the NCDC, two of the cases were reported in Kwara, two in Edo, one in Rivers and one in FCT.

A total of 35 people have been discharged after recovering from the virus while two have died.

According to NCDC, “Six new cases have been reported in Nigeria: 2 in Kwara, 2 in Edo, 1 in Rivers and 1 in the FCT”

“As at 9:30 pm 6th April there are 238 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Thirty-five have been discharged with five deaths,” the agency tweeted.
