Nollywood actor, Moses Armstrong, who was accused of raping a minor, has finally denied the claims.
The actor, who has been arrested and jailed since the news broke, made the statement on his Facebook account after he was granted bail.
The former aide to the Governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel, was charged with rape, intimidation, an attempt to abort a minor and other charges. He was arrested last month.
The Facebook post read, “No one but God. Nothing pass God. If you believe, you will receive. Nothing pass God. I didn’t rape anybody.
“I don’t rape. I have never raped. And I will never rape. I’m back stronger and better. I am happy I went to prison. God went with me. The experience is awesome.
“You will hear it soon. Blessing to all you angels that believed in me. Love you all deeply. One love.”
He has been suspended from the Actors Guild of Nigeria since the incident.
