Former Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Angel, has reacted to another housemate, Tega’s cry for help.
Recall that the housemate had earlier deactivated her Instagram account after she broke down on Twitter talking about the effect of social bullying.
Angel has equally taken to Twitter to tell people to treat housemates the same way they want to be treated.
She illustrated mental health saying people should know that mistakes are meant to happen because the housemates are humans as well.
She tweeted: “Mental health is so important guys. It’s easy to forget that everyone that was on the show is a human being.
“It comes with the fame but we’re people like you and mistakes will be made.”
She went further to plead with the fans to give them time to adjust.
“Let’s be kind. Don’t let your own moral compass to make it harder than it is for us,” she pleaded.
