Nollywood actress, Amanda Ebeye, has advised Pastors to be accountable for their members as long as tithes are paid to them.
The actress pointed out that pastors who go on to get extravagant things should be ready to share those things with their members since God does not descend to spend money being paid to these churches.
She took to her Instagram page on Thursday, July 22, 2021 to share her opinion.
Recall that some pastors were reportedly fired from a certain church for being ‘unfruitful’ and not productive enough.
Ebeye wrote, “As long as you are my pastor, I pay you tithe, I pay you offering. You are accountable to me.
“Don’t tell me the money is for God. God does not come down to spend the money. You buy a Ferrari, you tell me why or it’s for both of us. You buy a private jet, you tell me why or it’s for both of us.
“Don’t use God to deceive people. God sent you to provide service to his people not enrich your pockets.”
