Afrobeat singer, Timaya Inetimi, simply known as Timaya, has been allegedly arrested, following a cry out from an Instagram user over hit and run.
The Instagram user, Osinubi Omowunmi, had called Timaya out for fleeing the scene after hitting her sister who is now allegedly in the hospital.
On Thursday, a video showed the singer being whisked away by policemen.
In another video, Timaya was explaining to the policemen while pointing to the cars parked outside his home.
The reason for arrest is yet to be ascertained.
