Actress Funke Akindele’s estranged husband, JJC Skillz, has stated reasons he went to the Islam.
The singer who has been dropping subtle shades for the actress in weeks, stated that he was lost but found.
He prayed for his life and he made his return to his roots.
According to him, he went back so he can be saved from being ‘swallowed’ by the things of the world.
He said, “Iwas lost but now I’m found. O Allah, I ask you for pardon and well being in my religious and worldly affairs and my family and my wealth.
“O Allah, veil my weaknesses and set at ease my dismay and preserve me from the front and from behind and on my right and on my left and from above.
“And I take refuge with You lest I be swallowed up by the earth.”
