Popular comedy series actor, Abiodun Ayoyinka, also known as Papa Ajasco, has debunked the death rumours about him.

The veteran actor in a video on his Instagram page on Sunday, January 15, broke the silence after he was presumed dead by some media outlets.

The actor’s face was used instead of another popular actor of the series, Femi Ogunrombi.

In the video, Abiodun said he is not dead and he appreciated everyone for their love and support since the news broke.

He said, “My name is Abiodun Ayoyinka popularly known as Papa Ajasco.

“I am not dead. I am still alive. And thank you very much my fans out there for your concern. I really appreciate you people.”

The popular actor joined the Wale Adenuga Production series in the mid 90s but left for the now deceased, Femi Ogunrombi, who played the role for two years before he was replaced.
