Netizens have slammed the first Big Brother Naija female winner, Mercy Eke, for using a fake age after her voter’s card was revealed.
The reality Tv star had come under fire hours after she posted her voter’s card on her Instagram page to encourage people to get theirs.
Mercy, who had celebrated her 29th birthday last year, has allegedly been revealed to be in her thirties.
A follower on her page had called the star out on how she had covered her date of birth on her voter’s card but had forgotten to cover her VIN which covers her entire information.
The follower wrote, “You covered your date of birth and left VIN that shows everything about you. Does this make sense to you?.
“Anyway, I’m here to inform your that I just found out that you are 32 years of age. Don’t come here 29th Sept and claim 25 years o. Have a nice day.”
Shortly after this, Mercy was called out for her fake age.
Some followers drag her alongside other celebrities like Chichi, Nengi and others who give fake ages.
While others berated the follower for not minding her business.
One person said, “And how does that even concern you, election dey come.”
Another person said, “Very soon, we go catch Nengi too.”
