A video has surfaced on Twitter to reveal more evidences against Baba Ijesha and the rape case.
Recall that KaftanPost had earlier reported today, April 29, 2021 about the possibility of releasing the actor, Baba Ijesha, on the alleged rape case he was arrested for on April 22, 2021.
According to the police, the actor will likely be released on Friday. They found no incriminating evidence on the CCTV video, however the actor confessed to other crimes.
The police source said, “in law, it is a case of indecent assault and not sexual harassment, and it is open to bail. So, can we continue to keep him when the offence is subject to bail and when there is no court sitting?”
The new video released on Twitter, Thursday, April 29, 2021 showed the actor seated on the floor after being caught, before the appearance of the Police Force.
The video was apparently made by comedian Princess, the foster parent of the victim.
Baba Ijesha, in the video, repeatedly asked for forgiveness, claiming that his act was influenced by a spiritual attack.
It would be recalled that Baba Ijesha was arrested o April 22, 2021 over the alleged rape of a 14-year old girl.
