Nollywood actress, Tonto Dike, has distanced herself from the Sapphire CEO, Wale Jana, over fraud.
The actress, who has been an ambassador of the company for three years, claimed she has been getting calls over this issue and she has made her decision to cut ties with the man.
She also begged victims who patronised Wale because of her influence to sign a petition against the businessman.
According to her, the real estate business is not affiliated with her so whoever invests in it is out of her business and such person should go ahead on his or her own risk.
In a lengthy lash out on Instagram story for hours, Tonto has blasted Wale Jana because she trusted him enough to work with him.
She also berated him for involving a friend of hers, Soyato, in the mess.
She wrote, “This is a disclaimer and a long overdue apologies to all the victims of WALE JANA AND HIS BRANDS
“I WILL LIKE TO state that I King TONTO DIKEH have no affiliation with Wale Jana or his perfume Brand any longer….
I have since 2020 been receiving death threats, complaints and calls about various investments….
“I am also a victim but I will bring my pride down and say I AM SORRY FOR ALL THATS GONE WRONG!!! One thing you all can’t deny is how I decently/gracefully handle your calls and pacific you to have patience.
