Nollywood actress, Wumi Toriola and her colleagues, have lamented on how badly their male colleague, Akeem Adeyemi, was treated on location.
The actress posted a sad video of the actor’s left eye covered in blood and stated that he was attacked by area boys in the area he went to shoot a film.
In the video shared, the actor said he was beaten and wounded for doing nothing else but his work.
Wunmi Toriola’s caption said, “See what area boys did. To what end. Peaceful filming turned this.

Other actors like Muyiwa Ademola, Bimbo Afolayan, Bukunmi Oluwasina, etc have commented.
Muyiwa said, “What is this God! Why would this happen? Why? What for?”
Bukunmi wrote, “This is highly unacceptable.”
